What You Will Work On
You will gain hands-on experience with multiple IBM support tools and enterprise troubleshooting systems:
- Salesforce CSP – Cognitive support platform for managing IBM customer cases.
- PuTTY – Terminal emulator for SSH, SCP, Telnet, rlogin and raw socket connectivity.
